Independent Power Producer
Paka & Pasir Gudang Power Stations
YTLPI is the builder and owner of two gas fired combined cycle
power plants with a combined capacity of 1,212 MW for a concession
period of 21 years following Malaysia's privatisation policy.
YTL Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, YTL Power Services
Sdn Bhd is the O&M operator for Paka and Pasir Gudang.
YTL Communications Sdn Bhd
YTLPI owns a 60% stake in YTL Communications, which has approval from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to operate a 2.3 GHz WiMAX wireless broadband network in Malaysia.

ElectraNet Pty Ltd
YTLPI owns a 33.5% stake in ElectraNet Pty Ltd, which owns and
operates the power transmission grid for the State of South
Australia. ElectraNet operates under a 200-year power transmission

Wessex Water
YTLPI owns a 100% stake in Wessex Water, one of the most efficient
water and sewerage operators in the UK. Wessex Water is a utility
concession in perpetuity. This significant acquisition represents
YTL's first major foray into Europe, and marks the beginning
of another exciting chapter in the growth and development of
the YTL Group. |

Activities in Indonesia
PT Jawa Power
YTLPI has a 35% stake in PT Jawa Power which owns a 1,220MW
coal-fired power plant located at the Paiton Power Generation
Complex in East Java, Indonesia. Jawa Power is the second
largest IPP in Indonesia and has a 30-year PPA with PT PLN
(Persero), the state-owned electric utility company.
YTL Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, PT YTL Jawa Timur
is the O&M operator for Jawa Power.

Activities in Singapore
PowerSeraya Limited
YTLPI owns a 100% interest in PowerSeraya Limited,
the second largest power generation company in Singapore in terms of installed capacity,
with a total licensed capacity of 3,100 MW.
PowerSeraya operates under a 30-year licence granted by the Energy Market Authority of Singapore.
